REFUND POLICY
At 'Nithaksha Collections', customer satisfaction is paramount. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 2 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Products must be returned unused, with tags intact. Customers must provide package opening video with timestamp clearly visible to avail refund or replacement. Custom orders or sale items may have different return conditions as specified at purchase. Refunds are processed after product inspection and original payment method used. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error. We strive to make the return process transparent and hassle-free for our valued customers.
