Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly, please email us the following:

✔ Your Order Number

✔ Clear photos of the product and packaging

✔ A clear, uninterrupted package opening video showing the sealed package being opened and the product being removed

Important

The package opening video must:

  • Start before the package is opened
  • Clearly show the shipping label and outer packaging
  • Clearly capture the product received
  • Be continuous and unedited

Unfortunately, claims submitted without a package opening video or after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Exchange Policy

We understand that shopping online can sometimes be challenging.

If you need assistance regarding sizing or fit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and our team will guide you through the available exchange options.

Products must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free from stains, perfume, or damage
  • Returned with original tags and packaging intact

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene and quality reasons, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products showing signs of use
  • Washed garments
  • Items without original tags
  • Products reported after the specified timeframe
